Amplified Construction was started in January 2018 by Niall Flannery in order to expand on a growing interest in having high quality building repairs and renovations delivered to customers with the highest level of service, communication and efficiency. After over 20 years of construction experience starting with carpentry and moving onto being a foreman and site supervisor the time was right to start a new business with customer satisfaction at its core.

Amplified Construction is set up to be customer driven, whether you are a new home owner with very little construction knowledge, an experienced DIYer or a property manager with a vast array of trades available – Amplified Construction can help to conquer any job with an emphasis on meeting your needs professionally.

The idea of being customer based is for us to rely on great communication with customers, creating open lines of communication for feedback from both sides before during and after our jobs, this will allow our customers to be best informed when making decisions about how to achieve their goals within their budget.
